Spaghetti With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can minced clams
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    spaghetti
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 crushed garlic cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain clams (reserve liquid and set aside). In skillet, slowly heat oil and butter. Add garlic and saute until golden.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in clam liquid, parsley and salt, bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Add clams and simmer 3 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
