Rose'S Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium size zucchini squash, grated
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. fresh or dry parsley
1/2 c. medium onion, diced
6 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease casserole dish.
Mix ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
