Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. cooked carrots, cut in strips
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar and water in a heavy frypan over low heat. Add carrots.
    Cook over low heat to coat all sides with syrup. Keep heat low to prevent scorching.
    Makes 6 servings.
