Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    5 c. boiling salted water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. consomme
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers; cook in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
    Drain off fat, add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Arrange peppers in pan (ungreased); salt and pepper lightly.
    Stuff peppers with rest of mixture.
    Pour about 1 tablespoon tomato sauce over peppers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes.
