Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. (3 medium) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except cheeses and paprika, into 8-inch round glass baking dish.
    Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Remove wrap and stir.
    Cover and cook 4 minutes more.
    Combine cheese and paprika; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
