Garbanzo Rice Chili Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano (or 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves)
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 clove garlic, freshly chopped
1 bay leaf
3 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans drained, except for 2 Tbsp.
Preparation

Cut meat in chunks and brown in oil. Saute onion and bell pepper with meat till tender. Add all other ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
