Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 eggs, beaten well
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 qt. Coffee Rich
    8 fresh ripe peaches or 1 1/2 qt. peaches, frozen
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar gradually, then salt and vanilla. Stir in evaporated milk and Coffee Rich.
    Peel and chop peaches, then partially mash peaches.
    Add to cream mixture.
    Follow directions of electric freezer for freezing ice cream.
