Honey Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) bag barbecue flavored potato chips, crushed
    honey
Preparation
    You will need Reynolds Cut Rite wax paper.
    In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk.
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; dip in egg mixture.
    Place crushed chips on a sheet of wax paper.
    Dip chicken in crushed chips, turning to coat evenly.
    Place coated chicken in microwave safe platter; sprinkle with remaining crushed chips.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on Medium-high power until chicken is tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
    Serve immediately with honey.
    Makes 4 servings.
