Biscuit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 c. crumbled biscuits
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs until creamy.
    Add milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved. Stir in crumbled biscuits until well moistened.
    Turn mixture into lightly buttered 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until top is brown and mixture is set.
    Serve with heavy cream, whipped cream or plain.
    Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
