Easy Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 family size can (26 1/4 oz.) condensed vegetable soup
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown beef and drain.
    In ungreased 12 x 8-inch baking dish, evenly layer potatoes.
    Spoon ground beef over potatoes.
    Spoon vegetable soup evenly over top.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
