Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. quick cooked rolled oats
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa.
Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Drop onto waxed paper with teaspoon.
Makes 30 cookies.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
