Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 strips bacon
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon in six quart pan.
Remove bacon (set aside) and pour chopped onion and garlic into hot grease.
Cook until onion is clear.
Sprinkle flour into grease and stir until mixture is brown.
Pour in peas and add the bacon.
Give it a dash of salt and pepper and cook on low heat for about 1 hour.
Season to taste.
