Poor Man'S Lobster - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. haddock
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
1 small can minced clams
sprinkle of parsley flakes and paprika
Preparation

Place fish in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spread soup over fish. Melt oleo and add crushed crackers and clams with juice.
Spread over fish and soup mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
