Polish Sausage Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
    3/4 to 1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown sausage on all sides.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Has 680 calories per serving.
