Herbed Stuffing Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 slices bread, cut in small cubes*
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. dry onions
3/4 tsp. sage
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation

Dry bread in slow oven for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Stir in seasonings and oil.
Lightly toss the cubes.
Store in airtight container. Label and store in cool, dry place.
Use within 4 months.
Makes 12 cups.
