Salmon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1 (No. 1) can salmon
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Drain salmon liquid into measuring cup and add to milk.
    Add with cracker crumbs and wheat germ to eggs; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pan which has been oiled and sprinkled with wheat germ.
    Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
