Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. cottage cheese
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all together and let rise 4 hours.
    Work down using 1/2 cup flour.
    Divide in loaves.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
