Mama Blanche'S Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a mixer.
Add zucchini last; blend in lightly.
Bake in greased oblong pan on bottom rack. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool before cutting.
