Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless tender beef
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into pieces; brown well on both sides in oil.
    Add mushrooms and onions.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Blend in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender; stir often.
    Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve on rice or noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
