Peach Freezer Jams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. peeled, pitted and mashed, fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ascorbic citric powder
    4 3/4 c. sugar
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
