Marinated Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar water chestnuts, sliced
    1 (No. 2) can English peas, drained
    1 (No. 2) can cut green beans, drained
    1 to 2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 small jar pimento, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except the oil, vinegar and sugar.
    Mix the oil, vinegar and sugar together before pouring over rest of ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
