Pork With Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops or 1/2 lb. pork loin
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 c. orange juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken with rice soup
Preparation
    Brown pork in olive oil in a skillet; season with salt and pepper.
    Put rice in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Pour orange juice over rice.
    Arrange pork on rice and pour condensed chicken soup over all.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
