Butterscotch Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yams, cooked, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. half and half (whole milk can be used)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Arrange yams in a single layer in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
