Wee Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour (don't sift)
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

In large pan, toss all dry ingredients together; set aside. In large bowl mix eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Pour this mixture over dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
(No electric mixer.)
Pour batter into tiny muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Makes 144 tiny muffins that can be kept in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
