Polish Sausage-Sauerkraut Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sausage.
    Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
    Saute sausage in skillet until brown on all sides. Arrange on kraut mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until hot through, about 30 minutes.
