Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef short ribs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut short ribs into serving pieces.
    Brown with onions in hot fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0
    until tender, or cook over very low heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
