Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. firm margarine
Preparation
    Rinse cauliflower.
    Separate into flowerets.
    Cook cauliflower until tender-crisp and drain.
    Place in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth.
    Pour over cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
