Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. flour
    1 handful raisins
Preparation
    Sift the 3 cups of flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar and oil, mixing well. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mixing well.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients; blend well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Mix nuts with 1 teaspoon of flour; stir into batter.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans on rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
