Chicken For 6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless breasts
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 beaten egg
    fresh bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    flour
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts.
    Spread 1/4 cup butter on each side; salt and pepper.
    Roll up and wrap with slice of cheese.
    Coat lightly with flour; dip in egg.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Arrange in a shallow pan.
    Melt remaining butter; add herbs.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Baste. Pour wine over.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Baste.
