Rhubarb Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. heaping flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, save for later.
    Beat egg yolks and sugar together.
    Add melted butter and flour.
    Stir in milk and lemon juice.
    Cut rhubarb and place in the bottom of unbaked pie shell. Fold egg whites that have been beaten stiff into above mixture.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes more.
    Use a 9-inch pan.
