Swiss Cheese And Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pie crust, baked and cooled
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. half and half
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash broccoli; chop into flowerets, excluding most of stems. Saute onion and broccoli in butter until tender, not soft.
    Put cooked broccoli and onion in bottom of pie crust.
    Mix the eggs, cream, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables and top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until knife inserted in center comes out dry.
    Cool for 10 minutes before serving or serve at room temperature.
