Sinfully Rich Low-Fat Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir in evaporated milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with wire whip until mixture boils; continue cooking and stirring until thickened and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla. Serve sauce warm or cold with fresh fruits and cake.
Refrigerate leftover sauce.
