Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 tsp. butter or margarine
    3 tsp. flour
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Cook, stirring until smooth.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in broth and milk.
    Cook, stirring until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat; stir often.
    Serve over toast.
    Makes 3 cups.
