Best Ever Seafood Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g. raw prawns
    1 lb. Mussels
    1 lb. Scallops (or add whatever seafood you want)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. saffron strands
    1 c. peeled tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    500 g. (approx. 2 1/2 c.) long grain rice
    4 1/2 c. fish or chicken stock or chicken broth
    lemons for garnish and squeezing over rice at the end
Preparation
    Wash prawns, slit down back with scissors and remove sandy vein, set aside. Scrub and beard mussels, discard any that aren't firmly closed.
    Put in pot with little water, steam for about 10 minutes.
    Discard any which have not opened, set aside. Saute scallops in olive oil for 10-15 minutes, set aside.
