Green Chile Cheese Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Egg Beater (1/4 c.)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    2 Tbsp. canned green chiles, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir just until flour is moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy.
    Spread evenly in a loaf pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
    Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 8.
