Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans LeSueur peas, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
several Tbsp. mayonnaise (only enough to bind ingredients together)
