Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Scald milk in double boiler.
Add sugar, salt and cocoa; blend well and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour a small amount over egg yolks, stirring constantly, then add to chocolate mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Place into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and brown.
