Sausage And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild pork bulk sausage
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
6 to 8 bread slices
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation

Brown and scramble sausage.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line bottom with trimmed bread slices.
Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated onion and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in blender.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
