Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Add 1/2 cup evaporated milk to the prepared cake mix.
    Pour half of the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Microwave the package of caramels and the remainder of the milk in a small dish.
    Pour over the baked cake; sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour remaining batter over all and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
    No icing needed.
