Diabetic Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cream of Wheat
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
salt to taste
1 egg, beaten well
1 c. milk (buttermilk, if desired)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and blend well.
Pour ingredients in greased baking pan.
Place in 400\u00b0 oven and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy.
