Pine-Ana Torte(Pineapple Banana Torte) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. gingerbread mix
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 banana, sliced
4 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix gingerbread mix according to directions.
Bake in a 9-inch spring-form pan; cool.
Split in half crosswise with thread. Place bottom half on cake plate.
Whip cream with vanilla and sugar.
Spread the bottom layer with half of whipped cream. Arrange banana slices around outside edge and fill center with 3/4 cup pineapple.
Put second layer; spread with rest of whipped cream.
Sprinkle nuts around outside edge and fill center with rest of pineapple.
Chill.
