Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16.6 oz.) pkg. nut flavored quick bread mix
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2/3 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    3 Tbsp. warm marmalade
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine bread mix and next 5 ingredients. Stir 50 to 75 strokes by hand. Spoon into 12 large muffin cups that are sprayed with Pam or lined. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 24 minutes or until golden brown and tested with toothpick for doneness.
