Bark Candy(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Milkcote or Whitecote chocolate coating
    1 c. crunchy cereal (Post's Banana-Nut Crunch is good)
Preparation
    Melt coating in microwave; stir until smooth.
    Add cereal; blend until thoroughly coated.
    Pour onto waxed paper and spread thinly.
    Let stand until hardened.
    Break into pieces and enjoy.
