Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice and rind
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal well with fork.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Beat by hand for 5 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
