Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pour
    half mixture into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex cake plate. Let set.
    Leave
    other half out.
    Spread the mixture that has jelled with 1 cup sour cream.
    Pour remaining mixture over and set again. Serve with whipped cream (not necessary).
