Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 slices chopped bacon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Remove stems from caps.
    Wash both.
    Place caps on paper towel lined plate.
    Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 2 minutes. Drain.
    Chop stems.
    Microwave bacon at 100% (High) for 2 minutes. Drain.
    Add chopped stems, salt and pepper.
    Microwave for 2 minutes.
    Blend in flour and milk.
    Microwave at 70% until thickened, about 2 minutes.
    Stir once during cooking.
    Stir in cheese.
    Fill caps with mixture.
    Place mushrooms on plate. Microwave for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
    Top with crisp bacon tidbit for garnish.
    Serve warm.
