Diabetic'S Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
2 c. milk
vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. raisins
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix eggs, sweetener and oil together. Add milk and vanilla. Beat well.
Add flour and beat well.
Add raisins and nuts.
Pour into rectangular pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until cake tests done.
Keep refrigerated.
