Veal Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal steak
1 medium size onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
2 cans water (use soup can to measure)
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
1/2 c. raw washed rice
Preparation

Cut up and brown the veal steak.
Chop up the onion and brown.
Add the celery, mushroom soup, chicken rice soup, water, mushroom pieces and rice.
Stir to mix.
Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.
