Lemon Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken cutlets
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. each: margarine and olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour.
    In a 10-inch skillet, combine margarine and oil.
    Heat until margarine is melted.
    Add chicken; cook over medium high heat, turning once, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Place chicken on plate; set aside.
    In same pan, mix mushrooms and garlic; saute until mushrooms are soft.
    Sprinkle with rest of flour; stir to combine.
    Stir in rest of ingredients and boil.
    Simmer.
    Return chicken to skillet and cook until heated through.
