Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage (your brand)
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham or chicken
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Many ingredients may be substituted for ham.
Check your refrigerator for leftovers.
